完整来源与证据等级

本附录说明全书的取证规则,并按材料类型编目本书使用的全部 273 件材料(合计 7,576,086 字符,1977—2017)。它是来源索引,不是第三方全文转载;每一行都给出可回源的原始链接,证据等级与归档状态会随新原件更新。

一、证据分级

  • A1 本人或本人任职机构正式发布的原始文字,可逐字引用。
  • A2 带日期的官方转录或第一方记录(电视台官方文字稿、国会证词转录),可引用但须标明转录性质。
  • B1 可核验的第三方转录或转载,仅在无 A 级原件时使用,并注明来源与已知讹误。
  • C 数据附件、监管备案与第三方特写。只作旁证与交叉核对,不作为他本人的话引用。

二、取证边界

三处边界须先说清。其一,他的八部版权著作全部不在语料内,本书只作书目定位与机制归纳,不转引书中文本。其二,222 篇演讲高度重复,同一组事实在数十篇里近乎逐字复述——本书按“首发或最完整的一篇”取主证,其余只作旁证,不把重复当成多个独立信源。其三,公开记录止于 2017 年;2018 年 11 月那篇被广泛引用的指数集中警告在本库零命中,本书以 2017 年已成形的同一忧虑立论,不逐字引用未入库的句子。
